      1. I use peppermint and ginger both topical and oral, and then use lavender on my skin (I have really bad redness from acne) and I also use lavender as a perfume now. I used to use perfumes but found they made me anxious more often than not but thought it was my work situation doing it… started putting lavender on to try calm me down, and haven’t stopped using it since!
